Youth Leadership Development Programs
The Red Cross Youth Leadership Program is a multicultural program focusing on teaching leadership and life skills and community service to African American, Hispanic and other underserved teens in grades  9th – 11 attending schools in the Rochester City School District. Adult volunteers facilitate training workshops and each student has the opportunity to be matched with a mentor. The program runs during the school year.
