First Aid: Responding to Emergencies
This First Aid instruction course is especially helpful for coaches/trainers and those who spend a lot of time outdoors. Participants are taught an action plan that applies to any emergency.
Course fulfills New York State Department of Education requirements for coaching and the New York State Department of Health requirements for Camp Health Officers. The course includes CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification.
A resuscitation (pocket) mask is required.
You can purchase a mask online (see related products). It will be distributed to you at the training class.
