City house fire requires Red Cross response

ROCHESTER, N.Y., Friday, October 14, 2011—Red Cross emergency response volunteers reported to a fire at 245 First Street in the city of Rochester this morning. Three adults were affected by the blaze and were subsequently provided with food, housing, and other assistance.
