Job description:
|
Coordinates daily office operations. Functions as customer service representative for Red Cross. Performs administrative and data management activities to support Disaster, Community Services, Emergency Services, and Volunteer Development functions. Coordinates office coverage and office administrative functions. Maintains related records, reports and files. Codes invoices for payment and makes weekly deposits. Performs administrative duties specific to chapter needs. Is available for mandatory response in times of disaster.

Qualifications:
|
Previous experience in a professional office environment required. Word processing experience and keyboarding speed of 60 wpm required. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent organizational skills are required. A pleasant personality and the ability to work well with a variety of people are essential.

Work hours:
|
9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with half hour lunch (25 hrs/wk)
|

Starting salary:
|
$11 per hour
|
